hi
i just renewed my subscription and downloaded the new keys, so i just realize that there are new update thingy? i think
so i just want to know the differences,
between the 
1)different proxied
2)different fullyrouted
can some one explain?

The closer it is to where you are, the lower the connection latency is likely to be.

If you can't think of a reason, then don't worry about it. It's just good to have options.

so basically if i just use lets say use "proxied all" it wont make much difference?

wait does that mean proxied all i can use for public and private tracker?
