Um. Left click on 'Add a New TAP-Win32 adapter'? After that restart OpenVPN and try connecting.

I am receiving the same "There are no TAP-Win32 adapters on this system." error message when trying to connect using BolehVPN.  When I tried to go to OpenVPN to "Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter" I realized I don't have OpenVPN anymore because I uninstalled OpenVPN according to the E-mail I received "It is advisable to uninstall any previous versions of OpenVPN first but should work regardless."  When I tried to go back to the original instruction page to download OpenVPN-GUI, I got this message: "The requested URL /serv_bolehvpn_inst02old.html was not found on this server.  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Since this is a fresh install on my laptop running Win 7. I am trying the GUI, hence there is no OpenVPN installed. Do we need to install OpenVPN ?

Strange, when you finish installing BolehVPN, what do you get when you click on Details?

See my attachment.

Looks like a bug with the adapter installation, in the meantime you can get a TAP adapter installed by running the OpenVPN installer, deselect everything but the TAP adapter.

After I re-install back OpenVPN, then I follow this:
You should be able to create a TAP-Win32 adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter.

I can connect back using BolehVPN, but my uTorrent still cannot go up the speed, I testing with download the Ubuntu torrent.

This is the error message:

You'll need to run BolehVPN as Admin, visit the BolehVPN folder, right click on BolehVPN.exe and select Properties. Now click on Compatability, at the bottom, select Run as Admin.
