i emailed you around 3:30 pm today with the transaction details my name etc and was wondering when i was going to get a reply also if my three day trial start when i get the reply and start using the program or when i paid for it.

Your trial will start from the time your keys are generated and sent to you. Thus, if you receive your keys at 7 pm, they'll expire 3 days later at 7 pm.

Also, keys are generated manually, so please allow up to 24 hours for them to be generated and sent out. If you haven't received them within 24 hours, send us an email or post here and we'll look into the matter.
