Nope the reason why it's not user friendly is that to make it user friendly we have to invest a lot more on hardware which will raise the cost of the Seedbox. Our seedbox is unique in that it provides you the best seeding speed among all other packages available in LYN and furthermore, a very large space for the price (correct me if I'm wrong).
Right now we are valuing performance and bandwidth (which is a lot faster than what other providers allow you for seeding) over user friendliness and restricting the use of bolehbox to individuals who are tech savvy enough to look after themselves as to be honest we aren't making that much profit from this.
This may change in the future if we find a suitable webui that can support multiple users.
Frankly as long as you get past the initial learning curve, even newbies find our system very easy to use and way more flexible than other webuis.
