Any suggestion to watch WC 2014 online especially if we can use our proxy?

If you're Malaysian you could always use Astro on the Go. Alternatively, there's BBC's iPlayer.

Yeah, just found the iPlayer. :)
But 1mbps line does not give the best quality :(

Before I started having problems logging in, I was watching it on the German site zdf.de.  You have to use the Germany VPN to get the live stream.  It was flawless for me.  But now that I can't even connect to the internet, I am SOL.
