Which version of our GUI are you using (Check in the Settings tab)? Do you have any other VPN's installed? Try a reinstall of our GUI, should fix it.
-
i tried uninstalling & reinstalling a few times & that didn't work. the version im using is 2.0.7
-
Do you have any other VPN software installed, eg OpenVPN, HMA or so on? If so, uninstall them.
Try this, uninstall your current version, reboot your system then download and install the latest version of the BolehVPN-GUI (http://bolehvpn.net/serv_bolehvpn_inst-02.php) for windows and make sure to run it as admin.
-
tried that and its still doing the same thing
-
Which OS are you using and do you have any antivirus / firewalls installed?
Start menu > Right click on My Computer and select Properties, then click Device Manager. Open the Network Adapters, right click on the TAP-Adapter and hit Uninstall. After this run BolehVPN and try connecting to a server.
-
tried that and it still didn't work, i disabled my antivrius software and i tried turning of my firewalls
-
and im using windows 7
-
What about OpenVPN then? http://swupdate.openvpn.org/community/releases/openvpn-2.2.2-install.exe (http://swupdate.openvpn.org/community/releases/openvpn-2.2.2-install.exe) Uninstall BolehVPN, install this instead, run as admin. Visit the portal, https://portal.bolehvpn.net (https://portal.bolehvpn.net) login click Download keys, extract the contents of the just downloaded .zip file to the Openvpn\Config folder.
-
Btw are you using 32 bit or 64 bit of Win 7?
-
Did you have previous OpenVPN versions installed? This is quite a common problem if there is residue OpenVPN drivers still uninstalled.
If you can open a command line.
Start
Type cmd in the "Search programs and files" box
Type cd C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\BolehVPN\
Type bolehvpn -reset
Now try restart BolehVPN and seeing if there is any error.
-
My GUI developer Vonger is following this thread now and he will reply further!
-
Hi,
This problem is driver version mismatch. Might be caused by old installed OpenVPN client application, they did not remove all exist tapdriver when you uninstall them.
Please try to run "bolehvpn -reset" in command line under BolehVPN installed folder.
You can try to run command line "tapinstall remove tap0901" under BolehVPN install folder /drv/x86 to remove all install x86 tap driver, and then run same command line under /drv/x64 to remove 64bits tap driver.
If you can not handle this, I can use skype or teamviewer to help you solve this problem. :)
-
yea mate, you may have to skype me im having no luck, let me know when your avaliable
cheers
-
OK, I have send my skype to your mail, please check :)
-
I believe Vonger has contacted you on this!
-
I am having the same issue, a team viewer session would be preffered

Could you provide us with the logs from the BolehVPN client? Which server are you connecting to? Do you have any antivirus / firewalls installed?
