ok i'm trying Bolehvpn, i'm using fullyrouted thru Canada since thats the closest to NY. When i was downloading from private site, i was warned "not allowed connection thru duplicate account".

You may have gotten an IP which has been used by another subscriber on that site. Try another server in another country? FullyRouted-Luxembourg / Switzerland?

if i try another server they are too slow, Canada speed was ok, thanks for the response.
