Title: Dedicated or Shared IP???

OK so I've read reviews on other websites that state I can opt for either a shared or dedicated IP on Boleh. I want a dedicated IP and there doesn't seem to be any way of confirming which option will indeed provide one. I have created an account and am ready to select and pay. I believe I want the monthly, fully subscribed package. Will I have a dedicated IP or not? Also, where can I find the Privacy Policy - there doesn't seem to be a link to it anywhere on the site!!

Dedicated IP is provided based on the connection and servers location.
All fullyrouted connections are given dedicated IP EXCEPT for server located in the UK and Canada.
All proxy servers connections are given shared IP irrespective of their location.
