Title: Connected, but Google Yahoo show content for USA

With my previous VPN, when I visited Google.com or Yahoo.com, I would always get Google or Yahoo in the language and content of the connected VPN server (for example Dutch news when connected through Netherlands). 

With bolehvpn, when connected "FullyRouted" through Luxembourg or Switzerland for example, I always get english and USA national content on Google or Yahoo for example.  When checking my IP address through an IP checker website however, it does show that I have an IP in the connected server country.  ALL my cookies and history are cleared out, so that is not the issue.

Any thoughts as to why I don't get the VPN server country content when connected?

I believe google and yahoo use a different method of tracking location other than just IPs, probably through LSOs which identify you.

Not sure if this will fix it completely for you, but this is what I use for my google home page.

https://www.google.com/webhp?complete=0&hl=en (https://www.google.com/webhp?complete=0&hl=en)

You would want to change the =en to your preference.
