Title: Can't find contact for help, manual offline, not able to connect

I just started service, and followed the install guide. However, while trying to connect for the first time as "FullyRouted-ALL", the link status is "connecting", yet never connects or says connected. 

Can anyone help me here? Very frustrating that there is no help or support button that works on this site.
