can i connect at 2 different location but at the same time?

Nope you can't. Max is 2 connection.
Two comps from one line only, be it either through connection sharing or a router.

Meaning 2 PC connect to one account but out from same IP?
It's like one PC is connected to proxy server A, and laptop is connected to proxy server B, can I do that?
I searched some post and still a bit confuse by this, hope can be cleared out.

Yeah that's correct. 2 PCs from the same line (using the same internet connection) are allowed.

Just to clarify?

Same home network, connecting to TM via the same STB/router with multiple PCs.
PC A connects directly to the internet normally.
PC B uses BolehVPN - fully routed Canada - to watch Hulu
PC C uses BolehVPN - proxied Netherlands - to p2p

That means I'd have to install BolehVPN GUIs on PCs B & C, but  using the same user.crt/key?

Yup that's correct. Just login to the same account on both B and C's BolehVPN-Gui. If that doesn't work just copy the BolehVPN\config folder from B to C.
