Title: Streamyx Cap even w/ BolenVpn??

Since few days back till now, all my torrent speeds are extremely low and slow, one of the possible reasons could be very few seeds and peers on the torrent, but somehow i feel something is not right.  With bolehvpn running, i used to get around 100+kB/s, but now only ~15kB/s.  Very frustrated.  What could be the root cause.  i'm on Windows7 64bits.  Please help.

Post your log and screenshots of your uTorrent settings ( connection bandwidth bittorrent queuing) and screenshots of your torrents (click on the tracker tab at the bottom)

is better now ... download speed ~80+kB/s but at its best.  i believe this is due to the seeds and peers availability.  but Chris, can you pls help to verify the uTorrent setting.

If you're using Fully-Routed All, your settings are correct. However you should probably enable Encryption in Preferences > Bittorrent > set it to enabled.
