Been using BolenVPN on and off again for the past year and it's been working great for me. Recently moved to a new place so got a new Internet connection, router etc.
Earlier when I tried to connect to bolehroute, it couldn't connect but after several tries, great success. However, torrenting speeds are still <30kB/s even though the seed/peer ratio is good.
Is there anything I need to do to optimize my connection? Router settings? uTorrent settings?

Last night Streamyx was really utterly shit :D U should try it out again today and let us know if there's any problem

Switched to PublicTracker since it seems to give better speeds but fluctuates a lot. Was up to 350 kB/s in the afternoon but dropped to ~40kB/s now. Also seems like some torrents can't connect to seeds/peers.

I think the Japanese earthquake is affecting stuff. Check the blog for news I'm also getting erratic slowdowns on certain routes.

I have a friend who knows people in southern japan and they tell him their internet speed is still fast and not affected by the earthquake. they are laughing at him and saying that his ISP is fucking him up with some lame excuse to save their own money!
