Title: Problems with Utorrent

Laptop - Intel Atom
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate
Utorrent : 2.04 (22967)

Could not start any downloads. It was ok the day before.
After restart could not download. Connected to bolehroute.
Downloading torrent from IPT.

Utorrent error message.
Proxy connect error : no connection could be made because the target machine actively refuse it.

Appreciate some help on this.

BolehRoute requires no proxy settings so untick the proxy settings in ur utorrent.
