Hello.. i'm university student in east of malaysia.. My question is..
1) my university has block some p2p website using "open dns".. 
2) we (all student) get only just 8kb for surfing entire website..

want for download p2p and faster internet surf..
*all my question can fix using boleh vpn??

You can try using our new tcp server. It will bypass the block but whether it will bypass the speed capped depends on how your network admin capped the speed.
What is the speed you get for normal https/https download?
