Title: portforwarding....

hi, my DL speed maintain at below 25kbs, only sometime up to 60-70 but drop back to below 25kbs, i want to do portforwarding, but my modem/router not listed on the pordforward.com, how to do? some1 help...

my modem model billion bipac 8500 (provide by tm-nut).

Billion is crap. I don't think you need to portforward on that anyways. I never had to when I was using that modem. Why don't you try running a speedtest at www.speedtest.net to the Singaporean server, link the result here? Also let us know if there are any errors in uTorrent plus provide your OpenVPN log (right click openvpn > whichever server you're connected to > view log)
