can ah...seems not working...ive try all server (UK1,UK2,US,LUX)...but can get max 4 seeders and 3 peers

If it's 4 seeders and 3 peers that's not a problem of bolehvpn but the plain fact that there are only 4 seeders and 3 peers on that particular torrent.

I suggest you read up a bit on bittorrent :D
