Title: Does BolehVPN improve video/audio streaming?

Say that I wish to broadcast or watch live video via VPN, does connection to VPN like BolehVPN helps? Wish to know more about the effect on streaming speed.

Appreciate for any help given, sorry if I'm beating on the dead horse.

First take on this will be, NO it wont improve streaming unless the traffic is throttled.

Second take, YES if you want to watch materials that is confined to UK or Europe viewers only.
