slow connection

I know that there are a lot of people all over the  world stuck in their houses and using their computers but I find my internet connection through all routed US servers to be much slower than usual lately.  Anybody else finding this or is it just me or my ISP?

I cannot connect to Germany or UK server all others I can connect to are down in speed by 70%. France server shows as a site in USA when I use Whats My IP Address.
