Could you let us know which configuration you are connected to and provide your VPN logs for troubleshooting?

Okay, restart the client and connect to the fullyrouted-luxembourg server, then load this test torrent http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/ubuntu-12.04-desktop-i386.iso.torrent and tell me what happens. Does it hit 1200 kB/s before dropping to 2?

Looks like a misconfiguration of some sort. Maybe we can arrange a Teamviewer session?

You can obtain Teamviewer here: http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/index.aspx

And e-mail us your ID and pass so we can remote with you.

We're about 14 hours ahead of you. About 10 am your time would be preferable if that's possible. You can email us at support@bolehvpn.net

I am available right now.

He does not need to install the zip file. The client will do that automatically.

on your last email you ask what version gui was i  using with the openvpn

I only see one version of the gui, and can not find out what version it is

if there is more then on version please provide the link

i am confused
i also need to use the open source client in for openvpn (or whatever its called)
 addition to the gui?

my roommates computer, so he wont let me do a remote session, i need you to help either, email chat or the forums.

I really hope i can get this working again, it was really great in the begging

the gui keeps asking bugging me that the certificate might have been expired do you want to renew your subscription, so i renewed it for another week and then it would not allow me to activate the new certificate till my current order was done.  so i again download the zip file, found a directory to unpack and i still can not log on.

can i get a new certificate or something?

I'm at loss for words

You can check the version of the GUI by clicking on the Settings tab, and looking at the bottom right.

Make sure when you typed in your username and password to the BolehVPN-GUI client you did not add a space infront of your username. The latest version of our client, which is this http://www.bolehvpn.net/downloads/BolehVPNV209.exe you may need to uninstall the current one, restart your computer and then install this.

The most important thing is to double check your username was typed in correctly.

You do not need to use the OpenVPN client as well. Do you have an IM like say, Skype? Or if you wish we can use a live chat system, it's on our website www.bolehvpn.net
