my certificate expired today, yet i all ready paid for 2 more months and it wont renew.
I could not locate any instructions on how to renew it on the website and forum, if you have a link that explains it please email it. i can not understand why this is so difficult to renew.
I have tried the following things, download the zip file, unzip in the folder in bolehvpnc/user/mike/ appdate/local/ i even clicked on the certificate file and installed it some how, i reinstalled the gui again and reinstalled the zip file, is not working and really have no idea what to do. I tried using the update button in the gui I am using version 2.09
Is there anything on your end you can do to fix it? is there something i need to do??

in the future should i renew several days in advance ????

Nah it was cause of a bug in our system that was fixed sometime in 6 August 2012 but you were one of the few caught before :(
