Same ip everytime on Swiss server

Is the new swiss server shared or dedicated? I always get the same ip when i connect, so im thinking its shared?

On the lux servers i get different ips when i connect to the dedicated servers.

Switzerland Fully-Routed is a Shared IP, I believe. Shared is better from a privacy standpoint than a dedicated IP due to not knowing who is sending and receiving what information.

It's a concept called 'IP-crowding' Gives plausible deniability too. But drawback is no open ports.
