some problems

hi everybody,

i have test your service and it looks nice. great locations nice payment methods and good price,  but i have two problems.

1. i have notice that open ports not available on servers wich ip`s are blacklisted. ist that right? if yes i cant use not more than 30% of your locations.

2. if i use your own vpn gui and push the "reconect-button" the gui sometimes freeze or crash. (i have win7 ultimate x86)

i hope anybody can help me.

1. Our ports are closed on all servers except for FullyRouted-Sweden, Switzerland and Luxembourg. This is for security.

2. Please provide us with the error log, crash report, or more details. If you cannot find this, check the Event log in Windows. Do you have any antivirus / firewalls installed?
