Security level, compared with Streamyx

So I've read this topic regarding the secuirty level for BolehVPN's configurations, this topic here :

I am currently using the Streamyx 1 Mbit package.

My Question: Compared to Streamyx , is the security level for Private/Public Tracker lower, about the same, or higher than Streamyx?

I ask because from what I read, Bolehroute has higher security compared to Private/Public Tracker. But the description of security level for Private/Public tracker sounds as though it's really , scarily, unsafe.

Ashburn17: Private/Public Tracker is much safer than regular Streamyx. You're secured with SSL for programs that you configured to go through the VPN. If it's not configured to go through the VPN, it goes through ur regular Streamyx connection and is no worse.
