Will my current network work with BolehVPN

My current office as I know is using TM IPVPN ,where we all is connect back to the HQ Server as well as surfing internet.

My question is If I wish to use BolehVPN to download torrent, is it possible or must get pass by configure the proxy server ?

If can be bypass, that will be nice.  ;D

I don't think it will bypass the proxy server...unless it's a poorly configured one.
