I am on 2mbps IPTV package in Penang... hahahaha... But as I am a TM's vendor for StreamyxZONE. My login is kinda exclusive. They called is HSI Logins. Normally on normal days without the current routing crapshaite, speedtest dot net can give me like 6100kbps from Singapore's Server.

You mean with vpn, one can get incriminated using public torrent? But without vpn, it's ok with public torrent?

streamyx RM88/month. use to be a rapidshare user (before TMnut throttling)
use to get 170kBps from rapidshare.

1st time download using uTorrent. have not use torrent for 2-3 years time.

terus download uTorrent, configure like mod said in the forum.

p/s: winxp, RM5 pakej.. very nice..

You achieve this speed because a local peer, meaning someone on your LAN is also downloading this file. This is why torrents are so cool when you are in a huge LAN like cable or in a university. Man, the speed is to die for.

  my actuall 1st post just got BolehVPN yesterday before using bolehVPN I was suffering with 80-100kbps download now I'm a happy BolehVPN/TMnet customer lol :p
