Noob Customer Question

At home, we've got 2 PCs: mine and my brothers. Both of us do a fair bit of downloading (though him more than me). I'm currently trialling the service on my laptop (and liking things so far - I wish I knew of BolehVPN much, much earlier), but due to how my work schedule is kinda crazy, I'm not really at home that much to use it, while he is...

So basically, my query is:

Is installing the VPN on 2 PCs allowed? That is, VPN GUI is installed on both PCs, but only 1 PCs uses as when it's needed; he uses during the day, I use during the night.

If it's not allowed, I'll uninstall the OpenVPN off my laptop and load it on his computer; he needs it more than I do...
