VPN over 2 pcs on a LAN? and cfos

I wanted to know if I need to setup 2 pcs for bolehvpn? both pcs will download bt at night (one mine, another my family's)
lets say I subscribe now, so I have to install openvpn on both machines? and will cfosspeed do any bad/good if I use openvpn?
