just as a rule of thumb, how many connections should i have open max? i am running tcpview and the highest 'established' it has gone is 86
also, any rough usage limits or anything?

can you give advice on which part of that chart is most relevant to bolehvpn?

300 connections limit (recommended 230 global)
300 connection limit is for emule + utorrent connection combined so make sure not
exceed this number
