Good package for tablet

Hi guys

Though of getting a tablet for my parents (that have been hogging my pc till I cannot play TF2 in peace). Some questions -

1 What is the best package out there (coverage area, unlimited surfing? download quota) and from which provider (digi? umobile?)
2 Should I get a complete package (tablet + service) or buy them separately?
3 Is wifi enough or should I get the 3G/4G as well?

It really comes down to your needs, what you want...

I personally have a Samsung Tablet for the family, and I use OpenVPN through DD-WRT with it. I just use WiFi for all devices through the router, simple for me, and of course the tablet is just WiFi...

3G/4G to me is a waste of money when you already pay for a conection through an ISP...

Sounds like they just wanna use the tablet at home as a PC right? Get an iPad mini or something like that. Should be easy to use, with nice clear text and screen.

Tizen is a mess, and even if it's launched this year expect years before it'll be on the same level as Android / iOS are today.
