Title: KIS 2009 & half-open connection

want to switch to KIS 2009 soon....
but i found the below FAQ in Kaspersky website....

i know there are a couple of Kaspersky users here and i think most of us here also max our half-open connection to 50 oredi (PLUS changed the figure in utorrent)? so do u guys have the problem mentioned above with ur KIS 2009?

now still wondering if i should switch to KIS 2009.....seems like there's alot of things (problems!) to work out on once i switch to it  :-\

i'm a computer dummy and i don't like the idea of sitting in front of my pc for 6 hours just trying to get a new anti-virus+firewall (plus other softwares) running well.....||||

i usually just stick with windows firewall and use their av without the kaspersky firewall too much hassle imo.

but i bought the KIS version.....can't choose just to install the AV version, can i???
also becoz i'm using Zone Alarm firewall. i know ZA firewall clash with Kaspersky AV..... :(
really wonder if i should just stick with free AVG or even free Avira AV (since they have no problem with ZA firewall)

haih....headache, headache...... :-\

weird cause i never have those problem  ???
both tested using KIS 2009 and KIS 7
FYI KIS 2009 i got is the latest hotfix on the Kaspersky website
it just come out recently

and from the website the utorrent tested was old version instead of new one

u might want to try the trial version first
available for 30days :D

i oredi bought KIS 2009 actually.....
but reading all the FAQ in Kaspersky forum gave me BIG HEADACHE. want to install or not?! (doesn't matter $$$ oredi dumped into it).....
and i'm actually still using utorrent version 1.7.2, even older than the 1.7.7 version shown in the Kaspersky website. long time ago i tried with 1.7.7 and above b4 but dunno why my torrent d/load slow like snail (but once go back to 1.7.2, no problem!)

why dont u try latest version of utorrent v1.81 (which hopefully fixed a lot of things )
and kaspersky v8.0.0.506 <--available at kaspersky website
trial version first so u can sell the KIS 2009 to other people if it not working :D

well i'm using KIS 2009 and there's been no problem to date.

things been smooth and doesn;t effect vpn connection by using the KIS firewall

yeah, I am also using KIS 2009 and uTorrent and does not have that problem.
