After weird encounter few weeks ago I became obsessed with privacy and anonymity. I am currently using nordvpn but I have heard only bolehvpn and air vpn are capable of almost perfect security connection ->vpn->tor->vpn-> giving up anonymous access at any stage end exit nod plus protection from isp. How do I set this up on bolehvpn?

This goes into how you can setup Tor. Best bet would be to connect to a Fully Routed, then connect a Tor, then connect to a Proxied server using OpenVPN GUI
