Just downloaded the key file from my BolehVPN
account as a routine update or replacing existing
files in my OpenVPN/config sub-folder.

I still got Proxied-Canada, Proxied Luxembourg
and Proxied-Romania. Can I continue using these?

Those servers no longer exist. When you update your keys, delete all the files existing first before extracting the new contents.

OK will remove these.
But as a footnote Canada and Romania
are still working.
