Title: Payment options
Post by: Bahadir on May 03, 2017, 01:21:34 AM
Hi Bolehvpn admins,

In the order page, I see two options to pay via a credit card, Paymentwall and Paydollar. I guess I can go for any of those options but I would like to know is that what the difference is between them? And in terms of charges and/or commissions, are they both the same?

Hi!

There shouldn't be any charges imposed on you, both options are simple there for ease of use :)

Just one last question. When placing the order, can I just enter my email address and fill only the boxes for City and Postal Code and District, instead of the full home address?

Hi!

Is this via a credit card? I think that you would need to input your full billing address, depending on your method of payment. Do note that we do not keep any of these details, these are processed by our payment processor and not stored on our server.

Via a credit card.

If sent, do we receive our invoice to our physical address or email address?  Or is it just a formality to ask the billing address?

There's no invoice sent - billing address is required as a security check by the payment processor. Basically, without a proper billing address the payment would not go through as it would be flagged as fraudulent.

Please keep in mind that more options is not necessarily "easier to use".

I went with BolehVPN because you have this great forum where we can talk to you out in the open, but I think some of your competitors have a better understanding of a polished UX. This is an example.

Hope you consider smoothing things out.

In this case, maybe some people can use one but not the other? I know that these payment companies can sometimes be flakey depending on your bank.

Ie the BolehVPN does not support payments via Bitcoin, PayPal, and WebMoney?
