I can get into iptorrents, and get a link for a torrent, but when I plug it into uTorrent, it can't find any peers or seeds, and the downloading arrow turns red. I don't have this problem with torrents from other sources. I'm currently using Fully-Routed Canada.
Any suggestions? TIA.

At the bottom of the trackers tab, it has the name of the tracker, and next to it, it says, "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" Any suggestions re what this means and what to do?

Could we get the logs from the BolehVPN client? Does this happen on any other servers?

The log is attached. If by "server" you are referring to the various Boleh servers, then it happens with both Fully Routed USA and Fully Routed Canada.

Seems to be some issue wit hthe FR-USA server, alerted our network admin and he's looking into this. I think the FR-Canada server you tested is full, can't get a connection to it.
Could you test out the FR-France server and try that instead?

FR France worked. Retested USA and Canada twice with same results as before--Target machine refused, seeds and peers stayed at 0(0). Log is attached.

I see. Forwarding this up to our network admin to look into, not sure if it's IPT blocking our servers or the providers blocking IPT. In the mean time, please use our other servers.

I have been getting this problem as well. I have been using Fullu Routed all and letting the system set the server. It was conencted to Sweden yesterday and was working fine, but had gone red this morning. I reconnected a few times this morning. First time it came up Switzerland I think and still would not update the tracker (same message as above). Another reconect connected to Canada - still the same problem. Third time it connected to France and is now working. I had never seen this problem before late last week (Thursday I think), but is happening at least every couple of days.

I pick my own servers, as Canada and the US are faster than the others for me. However, the only one that works for me with ipTorrent is France--the US and Canada will still not connect with ipTorrent. I haven't tried any of the other Fully Routed servers.

Looks like IPT might have blocked our USA server, please avoid using that for now. We're working on a resolution.
For Canada, please provide us with the logs so we can identify this server and test it out.

I'm certain this is redundant at this time, but I just tried logging into iptorrents and could not log in.

That's because someone changed the password. We've recovered the account and changed it to a new password, check our Bonus page.

I am currently unable to log into the IPT site. The password seems to have been changed again to a different one not matching the current password details.

The BolehVPN UK FullyRouted server is banned by IPT. I can't download there anymore.
I messaged an admin about it and he said
"93.189.5.42 will stay banned. To many cheaters and Paki hackers used it."
Can you guys do something about this? I'm sure you have the right contacts.

The same is still true about USA and Canada. The only way I can get to IPT is through FR France, which is a little bit annoying when I try to Google something!

Sorry about this guys! We're working on this with IPT now. Please note that we don't own or have any power over IPTorrents, we just provide an account there.

I have also experienced the same issue very recently (also with Fully Routed UK and China.) To be sure, I tried all Fully Routed options, and the results were consist.

Are you talking about the shared BolehVPN account? Or is it just the tracker which doesn't work with all our servers?

i think iptorrent is having some maintenance running at their server :(
