Q: Why are the prices not fixed?
A: The prices on the website are different based on item and size, plus most customers from previous bulks are more comfortable with the current arrangement.
Q: Can I get the items locally?
A: You can find some of them, but not all, plus the prices are higher.
Q: How do I make an order?
A: Just reply to this thread stating what you want to buy. I will add you to the waiting list.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You will be contacted by one of us regarding payment instructions 2 weeks before the bulk ends. This is to confirm your order.
Q: The exchange rates fluctuates a lot. How will I know how much to pay?
A: We will use the most current exchange rates for the waiting list. For orders, we will use the rates on the day we send out the payment instructions.
Q: How soon can I get my stuff?
A: Current bulk ends November 30, 2008. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.
Q: How will I get my stuff?
A: There will be pickup locations around KL. You can arrange for a pickup at one of these locations.
Q: I don't live in KL. Can you courier it to me?
A: Yes we can. We will use Poslaju or a courier of your choice. Buyer pays for courier.
