Title: Which VPN to use for Gaming from work?

Hi I'd like to do a bit of video gaming at work in USA.  Which VPN should I use?  I was thinking fullyrouted Canada.  Which one is the most appropriate?

Using my own personal computer over work WiFi.  Would the IT dept. be able to tell what kind of traffic it is?

Canada should be the best, closest to the USA with the least amount of packet loss, for a better online ping...
