Post your log of whichever config you're connecting to. Your torrents have poor seeder peer ratios, which could explain your speeds. Do you have any firewalls or antivirus installed?

4 mbps package? Not bad. Can you get those torrents (the ones with horrible seeder/peer ratios) from say, IPTorrents, or a different tracker? You get access to IPTorrents on a shared account if you're a full subscriber (30 days and up) with us btw, visit the beta site login and click on Bonus for the details.

usually, i am download tvb series and some porn .

For proxy configuration, BitTorrent > Protocol Encryption should set to what ?

Try getting a new IP range, if you're getting inconsistent speeds on the ubuntu torrent it's probably a routing issue then. Visit myip.dk (vpn turned off), note down your IP, reconnect to the internet (restarting modem works) and recheck your IP at myip.dk. You want the first two blocks of numbers to change, eg from 175.xxx to 124.13 or so. Generally the 175.xxx and 115.xxx are considered poor ranges.

You can only get that range? Try a few times. If you're still stuck, I think the only thing yo ucan do is wait till the TM maintenance is over, should be on the first.
