Using TOR Browser with Forums

Is it possible to use the TOR Browser with the boleh vpn site and with the boleh forum site (for anonymity purposes)?

Thing is I've tried to use it and sometimes got access denied (quite often in fact) saying that I'm a robot trying to spam using the forums.
I will take a look at that blog posting, perhaps there's some setup involved that I was not aware of.
