Unable to connect to server

I am able to connect to all servers except th Fully-Routed-Canada server. Is that server down or disabled? I have been connecting up until about a day ago with no changes to nm configs.

Slacker:
If you are using the BolehVPN client update it, or update your config files if you're not using the client.

There is a new Canada server you can try.
