We advise you download this extension called ProxySwitchy (Link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj )

Once installed, right click the icon and select Settings, then click New Profile (This assumes you didn't configure anything when it was first installed)

Configure settings as per below image.

If port 8080 doesn't work. Try port 808 instead.
