You should send a mass email message out to your users. I doubt many people use the Boleh forums and this would get the ball rolling.
We are only sending mass email only when required. If IPT does not want to proceed, we cannot force them.
Then why ask users to message them? Seems to me like you guys dropped the ball, want the users to harass the Admin at IPT and not even message your own users to get the ball rolling? Meh, whatever. Between your crappy app that constantly crashes, the non-stop issues with Canadian servers and this you've lost a customer. With the IPT deal you were worth paying the exorbitant price, now not so much. I bet you've lost hundreds if not thousands of customers over this. Send me an e-mail when you start giving a shit about your customers again and I'll feel good about giving you my hard-earned dollars.
