Will BolehVPN please consider to implement chat support rather than just ticket support and email please? I find that chat support is quite useful as it is fast response.
I am having problem with my RT-N16 (Tomato Firmware) as it is not able to connect to BolehVPN. I had contacted support via ticket, however, the response time is too long. The ticket was generated on 30 January 2014 but the problem is still not solved yet.
Hope BolehVPN is able to consider it.
