What OS are you using? If you go to the Settings tab, what version are you using? Try uninstalling and installing our latest version, http://www.bolehvpn.net/downloads/BolehVPNV2013.exe (http://www.bolehvpn.net/downloads/BolehVPNV2013.exe)
Are you behind a firewall of some sort?
