I cant connect to http://www.iptorrents.ru since this morning....does anybody have the same problem or is it just me or the site is down?

Just to help you in the future there are websites that test a site to see if it's down or it's you...

http://downorisitjustme.com/
http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/
http://www.isup.me/

There are plenty more of these, so it's better to just test the site to find out for sure when you notice a problem...
