Can you be traced via google logs or cookies while using boleh vpn?

Does this mean google can still track my browsing habits while im logged on to boleh vpn?
For example with the use of google cookies, can google show what bit torrent websites i visit for metadata (example the pirate bay or isohunt) ?

So that leaves a year and a half for law enforcement to track down copyright infringement i think?

There's no evidence that Google provides anyone with access to their search logs as yet.

But whats to stop a third party/goverment/marketer from simply buying or stealing google's logs. I cant believe how every google service/product is basically logged to death.

For browsing now im using Ixquick search engine-its more private.

You can use ghostery for chrome.
It might help a little
