Can not surf with any of the servers.

I start to not to be abe to surf the net.Even can not open google. Any one know why?

Same here... cannot connect to any Boleh server. Might have to do with the servers being upgraded to AES256. I downloaded the latest config files but they are the same as the ones I already had. I emailed support earlier today but have not heard anything back yet.

Hi there.

We recently did a complete overhaul of our servers. All our servers are now using 256-bit AES encryption. Unfortunately this means that you will have to update your configurations files to the latest or you will not be able to connect. Thankfully, this is pretty easy with our client.

+ Open up the BolehVPN client, then go to the Settings tab and hit Update. Try connecting now, hit No on any expiry notifications you get.

+ If that fails, using Internet Explorer / Safari, visit our user portal (https://portal.bolehvpn.net) and login. Now, start up the BolehVPN client, go to the Settings tab and hit Update. Try connecting now.

+ If this fails as well, hit Download keys from the user portal. You will download a .zip file, open it up and extract the contents to the BolehVPN\cfg\OpenVPN (If you are on Mac, this is the address /Applications/BolehVPN.app/Contents/MacOS/cfg/OpenVPN/ ) folder. Make sure that they are extracted as **loose, individual** files and not into another folder inside the OpenVPN folder.

Restart the BolehVPN client and try connecting now.

If you are not using our BolehVPN client, you will need to manually update your configs. Please follow step 2 and 3.

Thank you, it is working now. When I used the "Download key" function yesterday there were no updated config files, the ones in the downloaded zip file were identical to my old ones. This morning the zip file contained the updated files and all is OK.

Are the instructions for linux at http://www.bolehvpn.net/serv_bolehvpn_linuxinst-02.php still correct or do we need to change something?

Cipher: AES-256-CBC
HMAC Authentication: SHA-512

We don't see any ticket from you sadly. Did you email us at support@bolehvpn.net? Last email from you was in August, the 31st.

What's your BolehVPN username? We'll check your keys and send you new ones if needed
