cant conect to any proxied help

Hi I am using lap top windows 8, and using open VPN Every time I try to connect to all  proxied server's Amsterdam ETC it will not connect me and own ISP number keeps showing up also on fully routed I cant connect via Germany or China,Also I cant connect to a few XCloak routed  this also is showing my own ISP number.Please forgive my English I am new to this and nit great at tech.Any help please ? Thank you.

Hello,

Proxied servers require you to configure proxy settings your programs otherwise they will not use the proxied server.

In your case I suggest using FullyRouted France / Swiss / Luxembourg as those are gigabit servers.

XCloak servers are for use in heavily internet restricted countries like China.

sorry I don't want to use france id like to use Amsterdam etc as I like to download p2p.Also I was told I can only use proxied for p2p  and not fully routed sorry.

All our servers except for the GEO DNS and SurfingStreaming servers are p2p capable. There's no difference between France and Netherlands when it comes to p2p either.
