torren problem

hi
if i download from iptorrent i get high speed
but other torrent sites no  no download 0  <-- very high seed + leech

i use both utorrent + Deluge
do i have to do this boleh torrent proxy setting ?

Hi there. Did you also send us an email request? Your issue sounds similar. If you haven't, then please provide us with your uTorrent settings (Preferences > Connection Bandwidth Bittorrent and Queuing). Also take screenshots of your torrents, click on one and click on the Tracker tab then screenshot. Where are the torrents from?
