It is a localized version so some parts of the box/manual has Malay on it but the game and everything else is all intact including a cd-key. And yes it is Ori.
Normal Price for the localized version is RM69.90. Normal price for non-localized version is RM139.90. So in either case you're getting a fantastic deal.
Btw you don't need the first game to play this as it's completely standalone.
